<p>私は大阪出身です。よく関西の人は納豆食べない。と言われます。<br>実際、実家にいた時は一度も納豆食べた事も食卓に出てきた時もありませんでした。<br>そんな私が、手作りで納豆を作るとは、家族も思ってもしなかったでしょうね。</p>



<p>カナダに来てからです。納豆食べ始めたのは。<br>アジア系のスーパーにいっても最初は特に興味はなかったんですけどね。<br>きっかけは何だったか、今になっては覚えていません！</p>



<p>だけど今では、自分で手作りしてしまうほどよく食べています。<br>その為に、発酵メーカーまで買ってしまいました。</p>



<p>もうすでに、私が説明するまでもない、日本の<strong><span class="has-medium-font-size">ソウルフード納豆</span></strong><br>発酵食品の王様ですね。</p>



<p>少しおさらいとして</p>



<p>タンパク質、脂質、ビタミン、ミネラル、食物繊維、レシチン、イソフラビン、ナットウキナーゼ。。。。。と<span class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>ずずぅーとすごい栄養</strong></span>。</p>



<p>私は、発酵メーカーを使って申し訳ないですが(^_^;)、少し温度調節が難しい点、工夫していただくと作れそうです。<br>日本だと納豆も普通にどこのスーパーでも買えて便利ですが、海外だとアジア系スーパーまで行かないと手に入らず、家族で好きなだけ食べるというのは食費もかかってしまいますよね。<br>手作りだとオーガニックの大豆を使ってもそんなに高くはありません。<br>ヘルシーに安全に手作り始めませんか？</p>

<p>★蒸しあがった大豆と納豆液を混ぜ合わせる時、スプーンで混ぜ合わせると納豆の粒を潰してしまったりするので、ポンポンポンと上下に容器を振りながら混ぜると粒が潰れないで全体的に混ざって良いと思います。</p>

<p>私は30時間でいつもセットしていますが24時間ぐらいでも出来上がると思います。こちらの冬は寒いので多分寒い日に作ったときに長めにしたようで、それからずっと同じ時間で作っています。作る時期、お住いの状況で多少変わるので調節してください。</p>

<p>出来立て、食べたい気持ち少し抑えて！<br>一日冷蔵庫に入れることで酵素が働いて大豆たんぱくからアミノ酸が生まれ、風味が増すそうです。</p>

<p>私は発酵メーカーを持っているので簡単にできてずるい！と思われたでしょうか？</p>



<p>他の方が作っているサイトを拝見すると、冬はこたつの中、夏場は風の当たらない日なたにおく。といった方法やインスタントポットで温度調整ができるようであれば、43度ぐらいの設定で。もしくはヨーグルト作りとほぼ近い温度なのでその設定でも可能だと思います。</p>



<p>24時間、丸一日同じ温度に設定するのが少し難しいですが、美味しい手作り納豆、以外に簡単にできます。</p>



<p>一度作ると、絶対手作り派になると思いますよ。</p>
